Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We use the minimum needed to make staycosta.net work and, only with your consent, a few that help us understand how the site is used. This page explains which ones and how to manage them.
The two kinds we use
Essential cookies
These make the site work: they remember your cookie choice, keep forms secure against abuse and let pages load reliably. They do not track you across other sites and cannot be switched off, because the site would not function properly without them. Under privacy law, essential cookies do not require consent.
Analytics cookies
These are optional. If you accept them, they help us see which pages are popular and how visitors find us, so we can improve the site. We use this data in aggregate and never to identify you personally. They are only set after you give consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
What we do not do
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell any data collected through cookies. We do not run third-party advertising on staycosta.net.
Managing your choices
When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept all or keep Essential only. Your choice is remembered, and only the categories you allow are loaded. You can change your mind at any time:
- Reopen the banner from the Cookies link in the site footer to update your preference.
- Clear cookies for staycosta.net in your browser; the banner will appear again on your next visit.
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies generally. Note that blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
More information
For how we handle the personal data behind these choices, see our Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about cookies, email us at booking@staycosta.net.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. The current version, with its date, is always the one published on this page.
