How do I book?
Find a home, choose your dates and send a booking request, no payment needed up front. Our local team confirms availability and emails you within 24 hours to arrange the rest.
Is there a minimum stay?
Most homes have a minimum of a few nights. The exact minimum shows on each listing and in the booking card.
When and how do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you request. After we confirm availability we email you a secure way to pay and all the details.
Why is StayCosta cheaper?
We manage our homes directly, so there is no big-platform commission on top, often up to 20% less than booking elsewhere.
Mid-term stays (30+ nights)
Flexible stays of a month or more, everything included.
How do I book a mid-term stay?
Send a request with your dates. We reply within 24 hours with a personalised monthly quote and a digital contract.
What discount do I get?
Mid-term stays come with a reduced monthly rate (around 25% off the nightly equivalent).
Are utilities included?
Yes, electricity, water, gas and WiFi are typically included in the monthly price. Exact inclusions are confirmed before you commit.

Standard check-in from mid-afternoon and check-out late morning. Exact times are on your confirmation.
How do I get the keys?
We will meet you at the property, hand over at our Fuengirola office, or give you a secure key-box code, confirmed before arrival.
Is there a deposit?
Some homes ask for a refundable security deposit or damage protection. It is shown clearly before you commit and returned after a satisfactory check.

Yes, our local team is on hand 365 days a year, with a 24/7 emergency line for guests.
