A booking request is not a confirmed booking

When you submit a booking request through this site, you are asking us to check availability, not entering into a contract. Nothing is charged at this point and no reservation is held. Your stay is only confirmed once our team has checked availability and sent you a written confirmation by email, together with the terms specific to that home. Until then, the dates and price are not guaranteed.

Prices are indicative until confirmed

The nightly and monthly prices shown are indicative and may change until we confirm your stay. The final price, including any cleaning fee, local tourist tax and refundable security deposit where it applies, will be set out clearly in your confirmation before any payment is due. We try to keep prices and availability accurate, but occasional errors can occur; if a clear error affects your request, we will tell you before confirming.

Property licences

The homes we manage hold the rental licences required by Andalusian law. Where a property has a tourist-rental licence number (VFT, Vivienda con Fines Turísticos), it is shown on the listing. Each home is managed in line with local regulations.

House rules and your stay

Each home has its own house rules, covering things such as check-in and check-out times, maximum occupancy, smoking, pets, parties and noise. These are part of your booking and are shared with you before and on confirmation. Please treat the property and neighbours with respect. You are responsible for the people in your party and for any damage beyond normal wear and tear; this is what the security deposit, where it applies, covers.

• Standard check-in is from mid-afternoon and check-out is late morning; exact times are on your confirmation.
• The number of guests must not exceed the maximum stated for the home.
• The exact address and access details are shared once your booking is confirmed.

Payment

No payment is taken on this website. After we confirm availability, we will email you a secure way to pay and the full details. Payment terms, including any deposit and balance schedule, are set out in your confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and change terms vary by property and are set out in your booking confirmation, so please read them before you pay. If you need to change or cancel a confirmed stay, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help within the terms that apply to that home. In the rare event that a confirmed home becomes unavailable through no fault of yours, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund of anything paid.

Liability

We take care to describe each home accurately and to manage it professionally, but we cannot guarantee that the site is free of every error or always available. To the extent permitted by law, StayCosta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using this website

You may use staycosta.net to browse homes and send genuine enquiries. Please do not use it for spam, scraping, or any unlawful purpose, and do not interfere with its operation. The content, design and branding on the site belong to StayCosta or its licensors.

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always the one published on this page.
