Seaview Penthouse near the beach boasts a prime location, offering beautiful sea and city views. This non-smoking property is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine for a comfortable stay. The modern kitchen includes dishes and tableware, as well as major appliances such as an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The sleeping area features two bedrooms with double beds and a double sofa bed in the living area, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The apartment also offers two full bathrooms, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a spacious terrace, a swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, and a solarium—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
