Half a staircase down is the living room with a large smart TV, fireplace (decoration only), out from the living room there is a lovely balcony with sea views and a staircase down to a larger terrace overlooking the padel court. The basement floor of the house offers a comfortable and inviting space, featuring a cozy sofa bed and a ping pong table for entertainment. From here, you also have direct access to a sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Moving up one level from the entrance, you’ll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has its air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. For the ultimate relaxation, the roof terrace offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, complete with sun loungers where you can unwind and soak up the sun. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning in every room, high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, and access to a gym and padel courts. Guests can also enjoy the shared seasonal pool and many other amenities. There are multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy, including a porch at the front of the carport, three terraces (on the roof, by the living room, and at the basement level), and a private balcony attached to one of the bedrooms. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay! Key pickup is available at Málaga Airport at our service desk, providing a convenient option for guests arriving by air. Alternatively, you may collect your keys from our office in Fuengirola Center.

The neighborhood is well connected, with shops, cafés, and local services nearby, and the beach, promenade, and town center are just a short drive or walk away, making it an ideal base to enjoy the Costa del Sol.

The area is well connected by local buses, and the train station is nearby, offering quick links along the Costa del Sol, including Málaga and the airport. Taxis are readily available, and if you’re driving, main roads and highways are easily accessible, making day trips simple.
