The fully equipped kitchen is located to the right of the entrance and includes a dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, microwave/oven combo, stove, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The open-plan living and dining area features a table for six, a large comfortable sofa, and a smart TV with local channels, creating a perfect space to relax after a day on the Costa del Sol. The highlight of this property is the large corner terrace with stunning sea views. Here you’ll find a lounge area, Weber gas grill, and an outdoor dining table for up to eight people, making it ideal for enjoying the sun, entertaining, or simply taking in the scenery. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a large double bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and a private balcony with morning sun and sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pulled out to create extra sleeping space if needed. El Rosario is a great destination for couples and families looking for a quieter location, yet close to all the comforts and leisure facilities of Marbella, which is literally 10 minutes away by car. Malaga International Airport is just 45 km away.
El Rosario has bars, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. For more amenities, the larger resort of Elviria is just five minutes by car and Marbella about 10 minutes drive.
You can easily get around by foot in the area but you will have access to a private parking space in the garage.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
